Abstract

This article refers to a paper "Meta-Model of Sociotechnical Systems" (MSTS). Initially developed as a phenomenological meta-model, the MSTS were constantly validated and refined, for instance for new systems engineering approaches. The paper expand the meta-model approach to a "Theory of Social Systems Engineering". Basically it is a first draft of such a theory. The theory follows fundamentals of every theory of science and shows direct experience and examples from industrial practice.
